Same location as the previous post. The low saturated version with tint gives a better impact than the original color one I have. And yes, the speck you see on the dune ridge near the dune top is the human element :-)
Amazing composition and love the tone of this image It looks like the uploaded image quality is not good, I can see some parts of images being pixellated. May be you exported a low quality jpeg?
Hmm ... you caught me right on. Actually it was so bright that my shutter speed went to 1/1400 secs. This caught out-of-focus sand particles which came out at dark spots across the frame. So I had to "fix" them .. and looks like I did not do a good job :-(
