Dreamy Path
In my company photography DL, it was the first time I heard of Orton effect - it was an effect I had seen in lot many pics, but did not know how it was achieved. As I read more about it on the net, it was definitely something quite tricky in film age, but considering today's digital photography it is just a matter of minutes of post processing.
This picture was on way to Hoh rain forest in Olympic national park - around mid-Oct and mid of fall season. It was quite sometime that our team of photo enthusiasts spent on this stretch to capture the fall magic.

Very dreamy pic...btw which tool did you use for the Orton Effect? Please share the details...also how did you enable moving to previous image on clicking on the photo in a post? Help Maadi...
I used GIMP (open source). Just search on Orton effect technique for digital pics - it uses layers which is available in GIMP.
For moving to previous post - edit the "href" link by overwriting the existing picture link to the previous post link.
forgot to mention - the href link is available in the HTML edit tab.
Very nice... Gives that lazy dreamy look..
