Shilparaman

About a month back there was a cultural fest at Shilparaman, Hyderabad. The fair constituted various works of art ranging from crockery to dresses. And what more a lady ask for!? Thus I got dragged into this fest by my wife. This time she wanted to purchase some foot-ware – one of her colleagues seemed to have got one two days before and more importantly at quite a cheap price.

So there I was – one Sunday afternoon in the middle of crowded stall lanes in Shilparaman (instead of having a good old nap in the luxury of my bed). As my moved from one stall to another (not only shoes but others too !) I was totally at loss for the objective of me being there.

So I decided to make something out of it. Took my good old Olympus and started clicking. I clicked the decorative wall hangings, the rangoli on the floor, the shoes, pots and lamps, the lamps, the chairs in the amphitheater, trinkets etc etc.

As I was just starting to ensoii my outing and wanted to wait for the evening light, my wife seemed to have lost interest in shoes and I was dragged back home.
