Bird photography


Early morning about 6:00am, at lake Wenatchee - the first experience of bird photography. After nearly two hours of drill - which was equivalent to being on war-front with machine guns - I could just manage this one shot which was a decent (by my standards!). The bird I was trying to shoot was an Osprey eagle, but managed to get this seagull!

Last week I had gone camping to Lake Wenatchee. This is early morning shot as I walked along the lake looking for photo opportunities.
A few people pinged me to ask if this was a processed photo in any way ... the answer is no. This is straight out of camera. You can check the shot settings in detail at:
